    • Note: We do not use Google Signals, Remarketing, or cross-platform advertising tracking. Your IP address is used for geolocation and then immediately discarded by Google.

  • Contact Information (Direct): If you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2. Our Service Providers

We use third-party services to help run our website efficiently. These “Data Processors” are restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing these services:

  • Analytics: We retain standard user-level and event-level data in Google Analytics for a period of 2 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

  • Contact Forms: We keep messages sent via Cognito Forms only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or maintain a record of our business correspondence.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Even though we are based in Indiana, we respect your right to control your data:

  • Opt-Out: You can block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

  • Request Deletion: If you have submitted a contact form and would like us to delete your message from our records, please contact us at groupbenefits@servicecorp.com.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
